Absence from work

Good day 
My iqama is expire yesterday 20/5/2025 and I finished my contract and finding transfer another Establishment opportunity available. now it’s showing I can not take Transfer due to absence from work report .. I did not get any notification about it nor my sponser know about it.

 It’s from qiwa how to remove it and and take transfer 

Please help

  My company fired me from my job and after that I didn't receive any message from Harub. I am very worried. I am sponsoring another sponsor but the sponsorship is not happening. What should I do now? I haven't received any SIM permission or mail.
